Top Way To Travel Europe

The award-winning Citroen C3 Pluriel, the French car maker's new car that is five cars in one, can provide tourists with an exciting way to travel around Europe from $47.60 a day.

The Citroen C3 Pluriel starts as a normal hatchback, with easy access through an opening rear window and drop-down tailgate to a spacious boot that is compact.

It offers excellent performance and - with Europe's high petrol prices, something that is very important - low fuel consumption.

At the press of a button the whole roof folds back to provide an open roof larger than any conventional sunroof. But there is more. The roof then folds down under the boot, leaving a completely open roof, turning the Pluriel into a cabriolet. Remove the roof rails, and the Pluriel provides the complete freedom of a fully open sports car. With its drop-down tailgate folded flat into the floor under the rear seats, the Pluriel can also be transformed, roof up or down, into a two-seat ute, providing an unrivalled load space for its size.

You can drift along the Cote d'Azur with the roof removed, savouring the sensual glory of rural France. You can use its large load area while antique hunting in England. Put the roof up and zip along the German autobahns. Or fold the roof back to revel in the glory of the Alps in winter, with the side bars and windows up to keep the heat inside.

The Citron Pluriel, like the full range of Citrons available in the EuroDrive program, comes with airconditioning, CD player, full insurance that allows it to be driven anywhere in Europe, full roadside assistance and it may be collected from 23 points in France or, for an additional charge, nine collection points across Europe. Full information is available at www.citroen.com.au or phone (02)95587111.
